Problem

Store submissions often fail because of permissions, privacy declarations, metadata or overlooked configuration details.

Solution

LaunchLint checks projects for common risks and surfaces the steps needed before submission.

Technology & scope

Static project analysis, structured rules, result presentation and a product-focused web interface.

Result

A specialised tool that makes a complex release step easier to understand and plan.

Structured readiness rules
Traceable finding presentation
Focused upload and analysis journey

01

Store rejections often come from many small gaps.

A mobile app can work technically and still fail submission. Missing privacy declarations, unclear permissions, metadata or configuration details are often found late. LaunchLint brings those areas into one traceable readiness check.

The product does not promise guaranteed approval. It surfaces known risks, explains their context and helps teams prepare methodically rather than under deadline pressure.

02

Checking rules become understandable guidance.

Static analysis can produce a large volume of technical findings. What matters is which findings affect submission and what developers can do. Rules are therefore modelled with severity, reasoning and a next action.

The interface separates overall readiness, individual findings and supporting checklists. Reports remain useful to smaller teams that do not work with store policies every day.

03

Sensitive project analysis requires clear boundaries.

Uploads, temporary processing and result data are designed around minimisation and controlled handling. Only information needed for the check should be processed. Product copy explains what is checked and where human responsibility remains.

04

The tool stays focused on one release phase.

LaunchLint does not replace quality assurance or legal review. It supports a clearly defined moment before submission. That narrow positioning keeps the benefit, product limits and future development understandable.
